PRODUCT DETAILS

8 PEACHES SILIC-SILICAMON FERTILIZER

I. PRODUCTION CAPACITY AND SUPPLY CAPACITY

Since the 1980s, global scientists have known the importance of Silicon for plants. In countries with advanced agricultural production such as Japan, Thailand, Korea, and Taiwan, many research projects have confirmed that when adding Silica to the rice paddy, the grain quality is improved, and yields can be increased by 20-80%.

Silicon promotes the decomposition of residual phosphorus in the soil and reduces excess nitrogen. Additionally, Silicon increases the ability of plants to withstand drought and pests. In agriculture, Silicon is ranked as the 4th most important element for plants (after N-P-K) and is classified as an intermediate fertilizer element by the IFA.

On July 7, 2006, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Decision No. 55/2006/QD BNN putting fertilizers containing Silic in the list of products permitted for production, business, and use in Vietnam. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Circular No. 36/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 24, 2010 on regulations for fertilizers containing Silicon.

8 Peaches Silic-Silicamon fertilizer produced by Hung Ngoc JSC Company provides plants with greater than or equal to 20% of the effective, easily digestible (active and free) Silicon and some other trace elements to increase productivity and product quality.

In 2014, our 8 Peaches Silic-Silicamon won the title "High-quality Vietnamese goods" from the Vietnam Federation of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA), following safety product standards for public health. We also won the title "Enterprise of the Year" from the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME). Our products comply with ISO 9001:2008 standards. Since 2016, Hung Ngoc has been supplying the Vietnamese agricultural market with 500,000 tons of fertilizer per year.

II. INGREDIENT

  • Type of fertilizer: PB medium - micronutrients
  • Ingredients: Silicone (20%) Fe (31,000ppm) Magnesium (3%) Moisture (solid) (1%)  Density (1.15)
  • Weight: 25kg
  • Form: Granular, powder
  • How to use: Root growth fertilizer

III. USES

1. Direct benefits

  • Increasing crop yield by up to or more than 20%.
  • Making plants hard, green, and thick, with strong branches and strong roots.
  • Flowering and fruiting.
  • Preventing branch breakage, and flowers and fruits abortion.
  • Increasing the ability to resist pests, drought, salt, and cold (including 3 types of pests and 3 types of diseases on rice paddy plants) and reducing the cost of pesticides and plant protection chemicals.
  • Improving the quality of agricultural products (tubers, fruits, leaves, stems, seeds, etc.)
  • Reducing the cost of lime powder and labor because of the 8 Peaches fertilizer having anti-acidity properties.
  • Reducing the amount of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium.
  • It is estimated that the average benefit value of rice paddy in Northern Vietnam reaches 300,000 VND per Northern Sao (about 8.3 million/ha).

2. Long-term benefits

  • Improves the quality of rice grains, corn grains, vegetables, tubers, and fruits because Silicon participates in the process of forming plant cells. Specifically, when applying Silicamon fertilizer to 8 peaches for rice plants, rice grains are clearer and less "broken", vegetables such as squash, kohlrabi, melons, and potatoes are tastier and sweeter, and the skins are glowing and more attractive.
  • Reduce Nitrous oxide content in agricultural products (due to excess nitrogen)
  • Hardens the tree, makes it bigger and stronger, and strong branches are less likely to fall over, so it is very convenient to use in tray seedling transplanters and harvesters. Plants of the same type grow evenly (sugarcane and corn)
  • Awakens residual phosphorus and loosens the soil because phosphorus and lime harden the soil from previous crops. Protects soil through the use of chemicals, increases soil fertility, and has good water retention ability, balancing soil pH. Helps balance and increase the amount of minerals in the soil for plants to absorb.
  • Provides Silicon for plants, helping plants grow well and withstand harsh weather.
  • Helps plants resist the invasion of bacteria and fungi.
  • Helps plant leaves stay upright and sturdy, creates chlorophyll to increase photosynthesis, and reduces leaf loss and broken branches.
  • Supply secondary nutrients and micronutrients for plants (exchangeable iron, magnesium, etc.)
  • Silicon increases the efficiency of phosphorus use and the effectiveness of nitrogen fertilizer.
  • For some plants such as tobacco, cucumber, corn, and rice, especially hill rice, wheat, and sorghum, Silicon fertilization has many benefits and increases productivity. In hilly soil, Silicon is less soluble compared to paddy soil, so it is more susceptible to blast disease than wet rice. Applying Silicon fertilizer will reduce the disease. Therefore, rice plants grown on degraded soil and hill rice need Silicon fertilization.
  • 8 Peaches Silic-Silicamon fertilizer has a reasonable price (equal to 75% of the import price), long-term benefits, is easy to use, and is suitable for all types of crops and regions.

3. Increasing crop yields (fruit and nut trees) when using 8 Peaches Silic-Silicamon fertilizer:

- Fruit trees in Son La, Hoa Binh, Bac Giang, Nghe An, Thai Nguyen, Lam Dong, Dak Lak.

- Corn and sugarcane crops in Thanh Hoa (applied by Tien Nong Agricultural Industry Company).

- Peanut trees in Vinh Phuc, and Yen The and Tan Yen (Bac Giang).

- Rice paddies in the suburbs of Hanoi, Tu Ky (Hai Duong), Ha Nam, Hung Yen, and Thai Binh.

- Coffee and sweet potato trees in Dak Nong and Dak Lak.

- Especially good for plants such as chili, eggplant, tea, coffee, pepper, roses, chrysanthemums, etc. (Pepper in Dak Nong, Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Kontum, Dong Nai, etc.) The Spring - Summer 2014 paddy crops in the suburbs of Hanoi, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Thai Binh, Thanh Hoa, Ha Nam, Vinh Phuc, Hai Phong, Yen Bai, Nam Dinh, Quang Ninh, etc. have concluded. The fruit is better than the control in terms of plant hardness, ability to produce many branches, and cold tolerance. In the Summer-Fall season, the above localities have deployed it on a larger scale.

IV. SPECIFIC FERTILIZER FOR SOME PLANT TYPES

1. Paddies

- When seeding: Apply 0.5kg of fertilizer to the sowing area of 1kg of rice seed.

- Fertilize before sowing or transplanting: 8-10kg/acre in the Northern region (360m2), 12-15kg/acre in the Central region (500m2), 30-35kg/1,000m2. Transplant 1 culm of seedlings, at a density of 20-25 culms/m2.

2. Industrial plants:

- Tea plant: Fertilize 4 times/year, 2 months apart, each time apply 10kg/acre in the Northern region, 15 - 20kg/acre in the Central region, 30 kg/1,000m2.

- Coffee plant: Fertilize 3-4 times/year, each time 40-55 days apart, fertilize at the root, small trees should be fertilized 0.3kg/time, and trees that are being harvested should be fertilized 0.5-0.7kg/time.
