8 PEACHES SILIC-SILICAMON FERTILIZER
I. PRODUCTION CAPACITY AND SUPPLY CAPACITY
Since the 1980s, global scientists have known the importance of Silicon for plants. In countries with advanced agricultural production such as Japan, Thailand, Korea, and Taiwan, many research projects have confirmed that when adding Silica to the rice paddy, the grain quality is improved, and yields can be increased by 20-80%.
Silicon promotes the decomposition of residual phosphorus in the soil and reduces excess nitrogen. Additionally, Silicon increases the ability of plants to withstand drought and pests. In agriculture, Silicon is ranked as the 4th most important element for plants (after N-P-K) and is classified as an intermediate fertilizer element by the IFA.
On July 7, 2006, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Decision No. 55/2006/QD BNN putting fertilizers containing Silic in the list of products permitted for production, business, and use in Vietnam. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Circular No. 36/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 24, 2010 on regulations for fertilizers containing Silicon.
8 Peaches Silic-Silicamon fertilizer produced by Hung Ngoc JSC Company provides plants with greater than or equal to 20% of the effective, easily digestible (active and free) Silicon and some other trace elements to increase productivity and product quality.
In 2014, our 8 Peaches Silic-Silicamon won the title "High-quality Vietnamese goods" from the Vietnam Federation of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA), following safety product standards for public health. We also won the title "Enterprise of the Year" from the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME). Our products comply with ISO 9001:2008 standards. Since 2016, Hung Ngoc has been supplying the Vietnamese agricultural market with 500,000 tons of fertilizer per year.

- Fruit trees in Son La, Hoa Binh, Bac Giang, Nghe An, Thai Nguyen, Lam Dong, Dak Lak.
- Corn and sugarcane crops in Thanh Hoa (applied by Tien Nong Agricultural Industry Company).
- Peanut trees in Vinh Phuc, and Yen The and Tan Yen (Bac Giang).

The fruit is better than the control in terms of plant hardness, ability to produce many branches, and cold tolerance. In the Summer-Fall season, the above localities have deployed it on a larger scale.
IV. SPECIFIC FERTILIZER FOR SOME PLANT TYPES
1. Paddies
- When seeding: Apply 0.5kg of fertilizer to the sowing area of 1kg of rice seed.
- Fertilize before sowing or transplanting: 8-10kg/acre in the Northern region (360m2), 12-15kg/acre in the Central region (500m2), 30-35kg/1,000m2. Transplant 1 culm of seedlings, at a density of 20-25 culms/m2.
2. Industrial plants:
- Tea plant: Fertilize 4 times/year, 2 months apart, each time apply 10kg/acre in the Northern region, 15 - 20kg/acre in the Central region, 30 kg/1,000m2.
- Coffee plant: Fertilize 3-4 times/year, each time 40-55 days apart, fertilize at the root, small trees should be fertilized 0.3kg/time, and trees that are being harvested should be fertilized 0.5-0.7kg/time.
- Pepper plant: Fertilize 3-4 times/year, each time 40-50 days apart, fertilize according to pillars: Newly planted small pillars: 0.3 kg/pillar - Newly exploited pillars: 0.5 kg/time - Large pillars are being exploited regularly extract 0.7kg/time.
- Rubber trees: Fertilize 3-4 times/year, each time 3 months apart, fertilize according to the tree. New plants: fertilize 0.2kg for 1 hole - Young trees from 2 to 6 years old: fertilize 0, 5 kg/time - Large trees are harvested and fertilized 1kg/time.
3. Short-term fruit and vegetable crops (squash, gourd, melon, cucumber, bitter melon, mustard greens, kohlrabi, cauliflower, amaranth, lettuce, celery, onion, garlic, kale, vegetable water spinach, herbs, lettuce): Apply fertilizer when preparing the land for new planting. Each Sao (360m2) is fertilized from 7-10kg, with 20-25kg/1,000m2.
4. Regular short-term fruit and leafy plants (chili, eggplant, tomato, spinach, pipe tobacco, tobacco, etc.): Fertilize once when preparing land for planting 10-15kg/Sao (360m2), 25-30kg/1,000m2, post-harvest fertilization.
5. Perennial fruit trees (lemon, orange, grapefruit, papaya, tangerine, longan, lychee, custard apple, persimmon, guava, banana, apple, pear, plum, apricot, etc.): Basal fertilizing when planting, 0.1-0.5kg/hole. Fertilize regularly, use 1-1.5kg/root/time depending on the size of the tree (large or small canopy) to quantify the fertilizer. Fertilize at least 3 times/year.
6. Short-term root crops (sweet potatoes, potatoes, cassava, peanuts, taro, corn, arrowroot, turmeric, ginger, galangal) Fertilize before planting 8 - 10kg/Northern Sao (360m2), 25 - 30kg/1,000m2.
7. Beans (green beans, soybeans, black beans, etc.) Basal fertilizing 5 - 7kg/Northern Sao, 25 - 30 kg/1,000 m2.
8. Sugarcane and other herbaceous plants and herbs: Basal fertilizing 10 - 15kg/Northern Sao, 25 - 30 kg/1,000 m2.
9. Dragon fruit: Fertilize 0.3-0.5kg/pillar, 6 times/year.
10. Ornamental plants: People should fertilize 0.3-0.5kg/root/time, 3 times/year depending on the age of the plant and growth period.
11. Medicinal plants and perennials: Each time, 0.3kg/root. Fertilize 3 times/year.
12. Flowers: Each time, 7-10 kg/Sao (360m2), 12-15 kg/1,000m2. Fertilize 2 times/day.
Note: The above fertilizer dosage is the minimum limit for mature plants at the beginning of the harvest season. For large trees or newly planted trees that are not yet at harvest age, farmers can increase or decrease the amount of fertilizer by about 20%. For perennial fruit trees, fertilize from 21 to 30 days before flowering. Depending on the weather, farmers should fertilize according to the instructions of agricultural extension.
